A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the SelectmenaIs
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on October 9, 1947. Acting;
Chairman Rich, Messrs. Ballard, Duffy, Houdlette and Brown were
present. The clerk was also present.
At 8:07 P.M. the hearings were declared open on the following
petitions:
Russell S. and Beulah P. Davenport for permission to erect acid
maintain a greenhouse on the premises located at 482 Bedford Street.
Lester and Ruth LaFleur for permission to complete, on the
premises located at 32 Middle Street, the erection of a building w*ch
would not have the required side yard.
After the hearings an executive session was held during which
the following decisions were made:
Russell S. and Beoulah P. Davenport - granted
Lester and Ruth LaFleur - granted
