Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting

Location and Time: Town Office Building, Reed Room; 7:45 A.M.
Member Present: Mr. Kanter, Vice Chair & Clerk
Members Absent: Charles Lamb, Chair; Sandy Beebee; Rod Cole; Wendy Manz;
Frank Smith
Others Present: Sara Arnold, Recording Secretary
Document Presented: Notice of CEC Meeting, January 17, 2018
Based on a snow storm that had begun in Lexington this morning and was to continue
through the day, Mr. Lamb determined earlier this morning that it could well be unsafe for
members to attempt to attend this meeting. He notified all the members that there would be
no meeting today.
Mr. Kanter was present at the Reed Room at 7:35 A.m. and placed a sign indicating this
Committee's meeting had been cancelled. He waited there until 8:05 A.m., but no one—
other than Ms. Arnold—arrived expecting to attend this meeting.
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on January 24, 2018.
