DPH Performance Standards Self-Assessment Tool
• Susan advised that currently there is a spreadsheet on the DPH website to conduct a self-
assessment for your town. There will be the ability to see the individual town results and
to merge the Shared Services towns to assess how we are doing as a whole. The overview
may provide a clearer picture of deficits from last year’s review.
• This year is a self-assessment however, there will be an official assessment conducted in
2025.

IV.
