ACTING (INTERIM) TOWN MANAGER SEARCH <br /> COMMITTEE <br /> Members: Five (5) <br /> Appointed By: Board of Selectmen <br /> Appointed: August 12, 2004 <br /> Term Length: Until regular position filled <br /> Description: The Board of Selectmen is responsible for hiring the <br /> Town Manager The Board will hire an interim manager <br /> to lead the Town through the 2005 Town Meeting and <br /> remain in place until a regular manager is appointed. <br /> This committee will identify and interview candidates <br /> and bring finalists to the Board. <br /> Criteria for <br /> Membership: Two members of the Board of Selectmen, two former <br /> town wide elected official, a member of the TMMA <br /> Executive Committee, a representative of the Personnel <br /> Advisory Board, a representative of the Appropriations <br /> Committee and a representative of the Capital <br /> Expenditures Committee <br /> Ref: The Board of Selectmen adopted this charge on August <br /> 12, 2004 <br />
