Tobacco Program • Brenda provided an update on her activities and that she has been doing all assignments in POST per the direction of Mary Brush. All inspections are supposed to be entered in POST. Brenda, Susan and Marlene Johnson, Health Agent, have received logins for POST. Information can be sent to Shelly and Joanne on how to register for an account with POST. Even though everything is logged into POST, Susan would still like a paper copy from Brenda. If there are any violations or follow ups in Burlington, Brenda should provide a paper copy inspection form to Susan and Marlene. • Brenda has finished all of Burlington’s tobacco retail inspections and next quarter will be available to do inspections in Lexington or Wilmington. The state does not want any paper copies of inspections; everything is to be done electronically. • Shelly would like an actual report in writing so she is able to file it. Shelly would also need a paper report for any violations. Joanne would also like a report in writing for her board. Brenda will check to see if she is able to print from POST. Shelly said that Marisa used to prepare a monthly report for Wilmington and Shelly would like to continue that practice. • Brenda will work on updating Lexington’s Tobacco regulations. She will send individual inspections and put them in POST and also prepare a monthly report and violations. The monthly report will be due the second week of the month for all three towns. Burlington Tri-Ton Coalition Advisory Board Burlington.Lexington.Wilmington only needs the number of inspections that were completed but Lexington and Wilmington will need the individual inspection report details. If there is a violation, Brenda will email that information immediately. • Brenda is working on getting a youth buyer for the compliance checks. They will need to do the training through Sarah McGonagle. Brenda will let the respective director know ahead of time the schedule for the compliance checks in their town. • The Tobacco Grant funds have not been received to date. III.
