Update on reimbursements, current account balance. State $2683 / Local $2724 <br />ii. Seetha will send Amy follow up email on account balance spreadsheet <br />iii. Expect to see grant money increase account value. <br /> <br />c. Grants Report <br />i. Update on final decisions for 2016-17 grants cycle (incl. First Parish Church application) <br />ii. Need to approve $90 grant next meeting pending missing application sent by previous chair, Cristina Burwell <br />iii. April meeting review a list of who will cover grantee projects <br /> <br />d. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. <br />2016-17 Donors & Membership strategy. Social media advertising - Item tabled until February <br />b. New Initiatives & project ideas/brainstorm (TBC - 7;45pm - Visit from Voices on the Green/ David Rose & Regie <br />Gibson) <br />c. <br />2016-17 Projects: <br />Parade <br />i. - who is interested? Can we make this an inter-arts-organization production? <br />Discovery Day <br />ii. (Memorial Day w/e) - do we want to order swag? What, and how much money do we have? <br /> <br />4.
