<br />Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br />Thursday, December 22, 2016 <br />Selectmen's Meeting Room <br />Town Office Building <br />1625 Massachusetts Avenue <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair), Norman Cohen, Charles Hornig, <br />Jeanne Krieger, Robert Pressman, Sandra Shaw. <br /> <br />Absent: David Horton, Dick Wolk, Melinda Walker <br /> <br />Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> <br />1)Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2016 Needs <br /> <br />Assessment Report, copies of which had been made available at the Town Office Building <br />and on-line. <br /> <br />There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comment, the public hearing <br />was subsequently closed.
