Call to Order:
Ms. Hai called this Committee’s meeting to order at 7:15 .. and this

Committee joined the Summit.
At 7:15 .., Suzanne Barry, Chair, BoS, declared that an Executive Session is warranted

under the Open Meeting Law Exemption 6 to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or
value of real property (20 Pelham Road) as the discussion in an Open Meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town. She moved to go into Executive
Session with the others present with the intention to reconvene in an Open Session only to
adjourn. The BoS members were individually polled (Vote: 3–0) so the BoS was in
Executive Session.
Ms. Hai declared, as the Chair, that an Executive Session of this Committee was warranted
for the same reason and intention as declared by Ms. Barry and individually polled the
members (Vote: 4–0) and Ms. Hai declared this Committee was in Executive Session.

At 8:17 .., Ms. Barry moved for the BoS to return to Open Session only to adjourn. The

BoS members were individually polled (Vote: 3–0) so the BoS was in Open Session.
Ms. Hai made the same motion, individually polled the members (Vote: 4–0), and declared
this Committee was in Open Session.
Adjourn:
A Motion was made and seconded at 8:18 .. to adjourn this Committee.

meeting on January 31, 2017.
