Wendy Heiger-Bernays, PhD, served as Chair Person. <br />Director Cody discussed the schedule for the upcoming Flu Clinic dates. It was noted the next public <br />th <br />clinic will be held December 7 from 4 PM - 7 PM at 251 Waltham Street (Lexington High School). <br />The Environmental Health report was reviewed and the following topics were discussed; <br />Beijing Restaurant Maureen Lee, Food Safety Consultant, and Frances Feng of Beijing met with the BOH <br />to discuss the food safety audit for October. After some discussion, John J. Flynn proposed a motion that <br />stated, “The Lexington Board of Health, will declare the Beijing case closed at the December 2016 <br />meeting, subject to a satisfactory report, reflecting no critical violations being present in the <br />establishment.” Sharon MacKenzie R.N., CCM, seconded the motion, all were in favor. <br />The Board reviewed the State Sanitary Code Case for 6 Churchill Lane; the status remains unchanged. <br />See minutes from October 2016 for further information. <br />24B Greeley Village; After corrective action by the Lexington Housing Authority, and additional <br />complaints by the tenant, the Office of Public Health sent a letter to the MDPH Bureau of Indoor Air <br />Quality to request an inspection of the property. The report has not been received by the Office of Public <br />Health. <br />7 Graham Road; the status remains unchanged.
