Tri-Ton Coalition Advisory Board <br />Burlington.Lexington.Wilmington <br /> <br />Tri-Ton Coalition Advisory Board Meeting <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 20, 2023 <br />2:00 to 3:00 pm <br />Via Webex <br /> <br />Attendees: Susan Lumenello, Director Burlington Board of Health, Joanne Belanger, Shelly <br />Newhouse, Director Wilmington Board of Health, Jackie Messina, Public Health Specialist Tri- <br />Ton, Samantha Cavanaugh, Wilmington Police Department, and Katie Capobianco, Shared <br />Services Coordinator <br /> <br />I. Approval of Minutes <br />The July 19, 2023 meeting minutes will be voted on at the next meeting with a quorum. <br /> <br />II. Shared Services Staff <br />Updates <br />• Shelly will contact Tahycha to go out with her to do septic systems soil evaluations <br />• Rashod will reach out to Jennifer in Wilmington to schedule a Stop the Bleed training. <br />• For Matter of Balance training, Shelly suggested reaching out to Terry and Laura Pickett <br />at the Wilmington Senior Center. Jackie will help schedule the training and Shelly will <br />send out the emails. <br />• Burlington will be doing school vaccines. Rashod will vaccinate, Tahycha will assist with <br />interpretation, and Jackie and Katy will help as medical scribes. <br />• Shelly has a clinic on October 11th that she would like Rashod to assist with. <br /> <br />III. Tobacco Grant <br />• Benda Makumbi has been hired as the new Tobacco Inspector. <br />• In the past, Shelly sent staff to Melrose to train with their tobacco inspector. It would be a <br />paid training. <br /> <br />IV. Hoarding for First Responders Presentation – Jackie <br /> <br />V. New Business <br />• No new business. <br /> <br />The next meeting will be held on October 18, 2023 <br />Meeting adjourned at 3:00 PM.
