MPA. <br /> <br />Board of Health Member Absent: Burt Perlmutter, M.D. <br />Office of Public Health Attendees: <br />Joanne Belanger, RN, Public Health Director, Alicia McCartin, Assistant Health Director <br /> <br /> <br />Documents: <br /> Discussion and review of the Board of Health statement for Article 10i regarding the <br />resurfacing of Lincoln 1 Field. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Called to Order: <br /> <br />The Board of Health meeting of March 27, 2023, was called to order by Dr. Heiger Bernays at <br />6:07 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion and review of the Board of Health statement for Article 10i regarding the <br />resurfacing of Lincoln 1 Field. <br /> <br />Dr. Heiger- Bernays called this meeting to review, amend or edit if needed the statement that was <br />drafted. Regarding the position of the Board of Health on Article 10i that will be part of the town <br />meeting warrant. The Board of Health allowed attendees to speak on the statement proposed by <br />the Board of Health. Ricki Pappo and Claire Chief gave their opinions and concerns regarding the <br />resurfacing materials. <br />Ms. Belanger made a suggestion for an edit adding: “recreational activities“ to the end of the first <br />paragraph. <br />The Board agreed to the statement as written and edited. <br />Dr. Tung moves that the Board of Health accepts the statement as revised. Dr. Heiger-Bernays <br />seconded that motion. The Board of Health unanimously voted in favor of the revised/ edited <br />statement with revision. <br /> <br /> <br />Adjournment: <br /> <br />Dr. Geller motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 pm Monday, March 27, 2023. Dr. Heiger- <br />Bernays seconded the motion. <br /> <br />
