Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee’s remote meeting to order at 6:33 P.M., with all 6 members reporting as present by a roll call and this Committee joined the Joint Meeting. (See the SB Minutes of this Joint Meeting for this Committee’s further participation in the Joint Meeting.)  Adjourn: A Motion was Made and Seconded at 7:33 P.M. to approve the Minutes and to Adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 6–0 This Minutes was approved by the CEC at its meeting on May 15, 2023.
