TOWN WARRANT <br /> Town of Lexington <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss. <br /> To any of the Constables of the Town of Lexington Greetings: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington <br /> qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to meet in their respective voting places in said Town. <br /> PRECINCT ONE, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING; PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL, <br /> PRECINCT THREE, LEXINGTON COMMUNITY CENTER, PRECINCT FOUR, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING; <br /> PRECINCT FIVE, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING; PRECINCT SIX, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING, <br /> PRECINCT SEVEN, ESTABROOK SCHOOL, PRECINCT EIGHT, SAMUEL HADLEY PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> BUILDING, PRECINCT NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL, <br /> TUESDAY,the THIRD DAY of MAY, 2016 <br /> From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.,then and there to act on the following question submitted to the voters at large: <br /> QUESTION 1 Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one- <br /> half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds issued in order to pay costs of(i) conducting master planning, <br /> design,renovation and additions to elementary and secondary school facilities, including the acquisition and installation <br /> of modular classrooms, and(ii)undertaking additions,remodeling, reconstructing and making extraordinary repairs to <br /> the Jonas Clarke and William Diamond Middle Schools, located at 17 Stedman Road and 99 Hancock Street, <br /> respectively, including the payment of costs of architectural and engineering services, original equipment and <br /> landscaping,paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such additions, remodeling, <br /> reconstruction or repair? <br /> Yes <br /> No <br /> And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meeting. <br /> Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the time <br /> of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 28th day of March 2016. <br /> crc-e--rtZ.
