TOWN WARRANT <br /> <br /> Town of Lexington <br /> <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex ss. <br /> To any of the constables of the Town of Lexington in said County, Greetings: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed to notify <br /> the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified to vote in elections and in Town <br /> affairs, to meet in their respective voting places in said Town, <br /> PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL; PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN <br /> SCHOOL; PRECINCT THREE, JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT <br /> FOUR, SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL; PRECINCT FIVE, CARY MEMORIAL <br /> BUILDING; PRECINCT SIX, WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT <br /> SEVEN, ESTABROOK SCHOOL; PRECINCT EIGHT, FIRE HEADQUARTERS <br /> BUILDING, PRECINCT NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL. <br /> MONDAY, THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF JUNE, 1992 <br /> from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., then and there to vote Yes or No on the following question <br /> submitted to the voters at large: <br /> Shall the town of Lexington be allowed to assess an additional $2,718,092 in real <br /> estate and personal property taxes for funding residential trash collection and disposal in <br /> lieu of a fee, and for schools and libraries for the fiscal year beginning July first, <br /> nineteen hundred and ninety-two? <br /> YES <br /> NO <br /> The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 8:00 p.m. <br /> And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of <br /> said meetings as provided in the By-Laws of the Town. <br /> Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to <br /> the Town Clerk, on or before the time of said meeting. <br />
