TOWN WARRANT <br /> Town of Lexington <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss. <br /> To any of the Constables of the Town of Lexington Greetings: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington <br /> qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to meet in their respective voting places in said Town. <br /> PRECINCT ONE, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING, PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL, PRECINCT THREE, <br /> JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL, PRECINCT FOUR,BRIDGE SCHOOL, PRECINCT FIVE, CARY <br /> MEMORIAL BUILDING; PRECINCT SIX, WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL, PRECINCT SEVEN, <br /> ESTABROOK SCHOOL, PRECINCT EIGHT, SAMUEL HADLEY PUBLIC SERVICES BUILDING, PRECINCT <br /> NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL, <br /> TUESDAY,the TWENTY-FOURTH DAY of JANUARY, 2012 <br /> From 7.00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., then and there to act on the following questions submitted to the voters at large: <br /> QUESTION 1 Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposition two and <br /> one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to pay the costs of remodeling, <br /> reconstructing and making extraordinary repairs to the Bridge and Bowman Schools, including the payment of costs <br /> of architectural and engineering services, original equipment and landscaping,paving and other site improvements <br /> incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair? <br /> Yes — <br /> No <br /> QUESTION 2: Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposition two and <br /> one-half, so called, the amount required to pay for the bond issued in order to pay for planning, constructing, <br /> originally equipping and furnishing a new Estabrook School on the current Estabrook School site, including the <br /> payment of costs of architectural and engineering services, playground and athletic fields,paving, other site <br /> improvements incidental or directly related to the project? <br /> Yes — <br /> No <br /> And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meeting. <br /> Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant,with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the <br /> time of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 12th day of December 2011 <br /> Hank Manz, Chairman Selectmen <br /> Peter C.
