TOWN WARRANT <br />Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br />Middlesex, ss. <br />To either of the Constables of the town of Lexington, in said County, Greeting : <br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are <br />directed to notify the inhabitants of the town of Lexington <br />qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs, to meet at the <br />Town Hall, in said Lexington, on <br />SATURDAY, the twenty-ninth day of June,, A. D., 1912, at 7.45 P. M., <br />then and there to act on the following articles: — <br />ART 1. To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting <br />ART 2. To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers, or of any committee of the Town <br />for action thereon, and to appoint other committees. <br />ART. 3. To see if the -Town will appoint a=committee-to=cansider the- purchase`of=Belfry-Hill, <br />or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 4. To see if the Town will make an appropriation to rebuild and repair the wall and <br />fence adjoining the estate of Patrick J. Keenan in the old cemetery, or act in any manner relat- <br />ing thereto. - <br />ART. 5. To hear the report of the committee appointed with reference to the condition of the <br />present steam fixe engine, and act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 6. To see if the Town will vote to purchase a Combination Auto -pump, and to provide <br />money for the same by issuing the notes or bonds of the town therefor. or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 7. To see if the Town will appropriate money to set back the inside curbing in front of <br />the Town Hall, starting at a point on -a line with the present iron fence adjoining the Valentine <br />property and continuing in a south-easterly direction in a line substantially parallel with the front <br />of the Town Hall Building until it meets the line of the sidewalk as last laid out by, the County <br />Commissioners, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the <br />Town Clerk on or before the time of said meeting. <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this twenty-first day of June, A.
