TOWN WARRANT <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss. <br /> To either of the Constables of the Town of Lexington, in said County, <br /> Greeting: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed <br /> to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified to vote <br /> in elections and in Town affairs, to meet in their respective voting <br /> places in said Town. <br /> PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL; PRECINCT TWO, ADAMS SCHOOL; <br /> PRECINCT THREE, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING; PRECINCT FOUR, SENIOR HIGH <br /> SCHOOL; PRECINCT FIVE, CENTRAL FIRE STATION; PRECINCT SIX, MARIA <br /> HASTINGS SCHOOL, on Monday, the first day of July, A.D., 1968 at <br /> 7 :30 o' clock A.M. , then and there to vote Yes or No on the following <br /> question submitted to the voters at large, pursuant to a petition for <br /> a referendum filed with the Selectmen upon the vote adopted under <br /> Article 20 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting held on June 3, <br /> 1968, namely at an adjourned session thereof held on June 4, 1968: <br /> Shall the town vote to approve the action of the representative <br /> town meeting whereby it was voted to amend Section 2 of Article XXVII <br /> of the General By-Laws so as to provide that no dog owned or kept in <br /> this Town shall be allowed to be off the premises of its owner or <br /> keeper except in the immediate restraint and control of some person by <br /> means of a leash or effective command and providing for a fine of not <br /> more than ten dollars for each violation thereof. <br /> Yes <br /> No <br /> The polls will be open at 7 :30 A.M. and will remain open until <br /> 8:00 P.M. <br /> And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least <br /> before the time of said meeting as provided in the By-Laws of the Town. <br /> Hereof fail not, and make due return on this warrant, with your <br /> doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the time of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands at Lexington, this seventeenth day of June, <br /> A.D. , 1968. <br /> - ,-ce 7. <br /> Lincoln P.
