N. <br /> TOWN WARRANT <br /> COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS Middlesex, ss. <br /> To the Constable of the Town of Lexington, in said County, <br /> Greeting: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed <br /> to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified to vote in <br /> elections and in Town affairs, to meet in Cary Memorial Building in said <br /> Lexington, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of November, 1950, -11 -y6�, at <br /> 8: 00 P.M. , then and there to act on the following articles: <br /> Article 1, To receive the reports of any Board of Town Officers or <br /> of any Committee of the Town and to appoint other Committees. <br /> Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to accept the following <br /> bequest contained in Paragraph Eleventh(b) of the will of George L. Gilmore, <br /> late of Lexington, Middlesex Probate Docket #212)+70: <br /> "To the Town of Lexington, to be held by the Trustees of the <br /> public funds or such other officers as the Town may from time <br /> to time direct, the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) , the <br /> income therefrom to be used as the Town may from time to time <br /> vote; and if at any time a special use arises to which in the <br /> opinion of the Selectmen the principal of said fund may be <br /> applied, then the principal of said fund may be so applied upon <br /> vote of the Town Meeting authorizing same. " <br /> and determine the manner in which such bequest shall be held and administered, <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> . <br />
