<br />Meeting broadcasted by LexMedia <br /> <br />PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES <br />Conservation Commission <br /> <br />___________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />AGENDA Monday, November 21, 2022, 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />This Conservation Commission meeting was held remotely via Zoom, an online meeting <br />platform. Public Participation via calling in or using your computer was encouraged. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Kevin Beuttell (arrived at 6:37 PM), Duke Bitsko, Alex Dohan <br />(arrived at 6:37 PM), Philip Hamilton (Chairman), Jason Hnatko, Ruth Ladd and Holly Samuels <br /> <br />Staff Present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Director, Amber Carr, Conservation Coordinator, <br />and Meghan McNamara, Conservation Department Assistant <br /> <br />6:30 PM New Business/Pending Matters <br /> <br />Conservation Plan Modification/Insignificant Plan Change: 17 Augustus Road, VPC# CPM-22- <br />12, DEP#201-1218, CNOI-21-12 <br /> <br />Mr. Rich Kirby, LEC Environmental, and Mr. Gurmit Grewal, property owner, were present. <br />The Zoning Board of Appeals granted approval for the deck overhang to be constructed within <br />the setback area. A planting plan was presented to show an increase in the number of plantings <br />and Mr. Kirby stated that the paver patio was removed and replaced with gravel. <br /> <br />The Commission will approve the plan change, subject to receipt of photographs of the new <br />gravel area and an updated site plan showing the relocated Feno marker into the extended <br />restoration area. <br /> <br />On a motion by Ms. Ladd and seconded by Mr. Hnatko, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call <br />vote to approve the plan change. <br /> <br />Record of Vote as Follows: <br /> <br />Duke Bitsko – Aye <br />Kevin Beuttell – Aye <br />Alex Dohan – Aye <br />Ruth Ladd – Aye <br />Holly Samuels – Aye <br />Jason Hnatko – Aye <br />Phil Hamilton – Aye <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
