Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee's remote meeting to order at 7:01 P.M., with
all members reporting as present by a roll call (separately later for Mr. Boudett), and this
Committee joined the Summit.

Adjourn: A Motion was Made and Seconded at 9:04 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 6-0
