ACCESSORY APARTMENT COMMITTEE CHARGE <br /> The Committee shall review past and present proposals regarding the existing <br /> :fisposition of accessory apartments within the Town of Lexington and propose <br /> recc=endations to the Board of Selectmen and other agencies regarding any <br /> recomended changes in the existing situation for accessory apartments and <br /> also recommend a course of action regarding future apartments within the Town <br /> of Lexington. The Committee shall report back to the Board of Selectmenno <br /> later than January 1 , 1982. <br /> The Committee shall consist of 5 members: <br /> 1 . One member with the knowledge of the detailed history of <br /> the Town and it's zoning and assessment practices, <br /> 2. An attorney iith knowledge of the by-laws and statutes <br /> affecting the Town of Lexington. <br /> 3. A citizen with extensive building and construction background <br /> and knowledge of codes affecting Lexington. <br /> 4.
