CLERK <br /> Members: Members will Include the Planning Board, Selectmen c itiotlA <br /> Committee, Design Advisory Committee, Fair Housing &Human <br /> Relations Committee, LexHAB, Lexington Housing Authority, and <br /> three people from the neighborhood <br /> Appointed by: Board of Selectmen <br /> Term Length: Approximately February 15, 2002 <br /> Description: The committee is charged with reviewing and making <br /> recommendations to the Board of Selectmen regarding the 40B <br /> application of Rising Tides Development Corporation for a Lowell <br /> Street property in Lexington. The Committee should complete its <br /> work in time for the Selectmen to present to the Board of Appeals <br /> for their consideration prior to February 15, 2002. As such the <br /> scope, schedule and focus of the group should be tailored and <br /> specific. <br /> Staff: Board of Appeals Clerk <br /> TENTATIVE SCHEDULE AND AGENDA <br /> Meeting Main Agenda <br /> Date and <br /> Time <br /> Meeting 1 Initial Meeting and introductions <br /> Discussion of committee process and objectives <br /> Developer presentation of proposal <br /> Meeting 2 Community impacts and benefits: discussion of issues such as traffic, school. <br /> children, stormwater and other infrastructure concerns, occupancy and local <br /> preference options <br /> Meeting 3 Site and housing design: open space, screening,building siting, unit mix and <br /> count, community facilities, and consideration of possible alternatives and <br /> mitigations <br /> Meeting 4 Further discussion of alternatives and unit count with developer. <br /> Meeting 5 Discussion and potential resolution in principle on acceptable plan to all parties <br /> Meeting 6 Open Agenda <br /> Review of preferred alternatives if needed <br /> Adopted by the Board of Selectmen on 12/10/01. <br />
