<br />COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES - JUNE 16, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTENDING: Michael Greene, Jim Baker, Maria Kieslich, David Buczkowski, Tim Counihan, <br />Jeanne Canale (Chairperson) - visitors: Jane Lyman (Comcast), Kay Bell (resident), Jack Cunha <br />(resident), Julian Bussgang (resident) <br /> <br />1) Meeting called to order at 6:42pm - being no quorum present, reading and approving of <br />minutes was postponed - Mike Greene appointed recording secretary <br />2) Comcast monthly report - Jane Lyman <br />a. No success in securing 3rd party payment location <br />b. Questioned status of bill of sale for in-studio equipment submitted to Town <br />c. LexMedia now has ability to fully program 3 channels <br />d. She will arrange to meet with Dave Becker, Jim -----------, and vendor to discuss Dave's recent <br />letter <br /> <br />3) Julian Bussgang questioned number of PEG channels and programming <br />4) RCN monthly report - Tom Steel not available <br />a. He will report to Committee on status of buildout <br /> <br />5) Maria Kieslich reported on the status of studio <br />a. Studio is operating well <br />b. Live feed for graduation ceremonies went very well <br />c. There are potential equipment problems which will have to be dealt with <br /> <br />6) Julian Bussgang outlined his response to Committee's letter of June 10. <br />7) Mike Greene delivered his letter of resignation to Chairperson <br />8) Meeting adjourned at 7:50pm <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted <br /> <br />Michael B.
