<br />12/04/06 CAC MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />A meeting of the CAC was held in room G15 of Lexington Town Hall. It was called to <br />order at 8:00 pm. <br />Attendees were: <br /> <br />Jeanne Canale <br />John Rommelfanger <br />Jim Akimchuk <br />Dave Becker <br />Jin Gonzalez <br />Jim Baker <br /> <br />1. Jim Gonzalez distributed copies of three documents: <br /> <br /> a. e-mail traffic between Jeanne Krieger, Jeanne Canale and Jim Gonzalez <br />b. a performance evaluation review marked-up by Jeanne Krieger <br /> c. Version 7 of the Performance Evaluation review. <br /> <br />2. A general discussion about the latest PER was begun. <br /> <br />3. The subject of Physical inventory was discussed at length. <br /> <br />4. A decision was made to require all submittals from Lex Media to the CAC to be <br />ratified by an authorized member of the Lex Media board. <br /> <br />5. The section by section review of the document continued. <br /> <br /> The results were in two forms: <br /> a. minor word changes <br /> b. rewording of sentences and paragraphs for clarity. <br /> <br />6. The next meeting of the CAC will be on Tuesday 12 December 2006 at 6:30 pm. <br />Location will be announced at a later date. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 11:33 pm <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
