Mr. Spencer informed the Board that Mr. John D. Barry of .22 Bow Street:
i, called him on the telephone and said he would be unable to appear before

Mr. Steeves and Mr. Spencer agreed to go down and interview Mrs., McVetty.

Mr. Spencer told the .Board that he had "not notified Mr. Edward J.
s Sheehan of 3 Eliot Road as to. the decision of the Board on his request
3 for a reduction on the 1940 assessment, because he was not sure what
the Board was going to do with the matter.
inti The Board voted that no change be made on the 1940 assessment because.
V ' ,� the Board did not. feel that the estate "was over assessed.
