Hopkins <br /> Raymond L. shite, <br /> Torn Acc?untant <br /> M'nu to s of the Meeting Feld January 18, 1046 <br /> A motion was made, seconded and voted to dispense ` <br /> with the readf_nc, of the minutes of the meeting of January 18, <br /> 1946. <br /> Accounting Department - Personal Services - Total <br /> Approved ` 6,293.81. <br /> The salary of the Senior Clerk has been changed. <br /> from 127 .30 to `29 .30, making the yearly salary 91,502.48 <br /> 502.48 <br /> as against 11,401.02. The Sala--y of the Junior Clerk has <br /> been chan7ed from x;24.00 to "25.00, making the yearly salary <br /> 1,291.33 as against 11, 291.33. <br /> A motion was made, seconded and voted to approve <br /> this Budget in the amount of 16, 293. 81. <br /> Treasurer' s Department - Personal Services - Total <br /> Appro'red ;2,425.35. <br /> The salary of the Treasurer was changed from 1,338.48 <br /> to 11,342.84. The salary of the Cler1- has been changed from <br /> 20.00 to 121.00, slaking the yearly salary 11,082.51. <br /> A motion -as made, secon 'ed and voted to approve <br /> this Budget i.n the amount of 12,425.35. <br />
