SPECIAL MEETING OF THE APPROPRIATION COW.IITTEE <br /> of November 1, 1943 <br /> Mr. Raymond L. White, Secretary of the Appropriation <br /> Committee, contacted by telephone the members of the Committee <br /> in reference to transferring money from the Reserve Fund to the <br /> following accounts : <br /> Sewer Maintenance - Personal Services S 16.50 <br /> Highway Maintenance - Personal Services 74.00 <br /> Water Maintenance - Personal Servides 49.50 <br /> $140.00 <br /> The shortage in these accounts is due to the trans- <br /> ferring of Mr. John F. OtConnor and Mr. George 0. Harrington <br /> at the beginning of the year from the Personal Services Budget <br /> to the Wages R- Expenses Budget. Their first two weeks of com- <br /> pensation was taken out of the Personal Services Budget and no <br /> money was asked to be appropriated to cover this shortage in the <br /> . Personal Services Account. <br /> The members of the Appropriation Committee who ap- <br /> proved the transfers were as follows : <br /> Lewis L. Hoyt, Chairman <br /> George M. Hynes Richard W.
