369 <br /> February 5 , 1962 <br /> The Appropriation Committee met Monday evening February 5 , 1962 at 8:00 <br /> P. M. in the office of the Town Accountant. <br /> Present: J. Harper Blaisdell, Chairman <br /> Richard H. Battin Raymond L. nite, Temp. Sec. <br /> John R. Bevan Alfred Viano <br /> C. Roland Christensen Frank E. Douglas <br /> Maurice F. Shaughnessy <br /> John Blaisdell stated that he had talked with the printer, Mazcy about <br /> printing the Appropriation Committee report. John authorized him to <br /> purchase the necessary stock to print the covers of the report. The <br /> covers to be blue of the same quality. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell stated that the Planning Board is coming in with quite a <br /> number of Articles to be voted on at the Annual Town Meeting. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the resignation he received from Mr. George M. <br /> Nonnemaker. The resignation was accepted. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell spoke about the estimated receipt figure, the Town Account- <br /> ant is to furnish. This information I now have. <br /> The Standing School Building Committee entered our meeting at 9:00 P. M. <br /> Bud Fisher and Fred Johnson. Mr. Fisher went over their tentative plans. <br /> At 6:25 P. M. the Capital Expenditures Committee entered our meeting and <br /> stated their bonding requirements for year 1962 and 1903. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell stated that this Committee planned to send copies of the <br /> Appropriation Committee report to all Town Meeting members by first <br /> class mail. <br /> The Meeting adjourned at 1u:45 P.
