Public Participation via calling in or using your computer was encouraged. <br /> Commissioners Present: Duke Bitsko, Alex Dohan, Philip Hamilton, Ruth Ladd, David <br /> Langseth and Holly Samuels (not present: Kevin Beuttell) <br /> Associate Members Present: Vinita Bose, arrived at 7:15 PM (not present: Jason Hnatko) <br /> Staff Present: Karen Mullins, Conservation Director and Meghan McNamara, Department <br /> Assistant <br /> 6:30 PM New Business/Pendine Matters <br /> Discuss and vote to approve passive avian point count surveys at Lexington Conservation areas <br /> in Spring and Summer 2022 for Graduate student research, LUPA-76 <br /> On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 6-0 by roll <br /> call vote to approve the Land Use Permit Application. <br /> Record of vote as follows: <br /> Duke Bitsko—Aye <br /> Alex Dohan—Aye <br /> Ruth Ladd—Aye <br /> David Langseth—Aye <br /> Holly Samuels —Aye <br /> Phil Hamilton—Aye <br /> 6:35 PM <br /> Discussion, allow for public comment, and vote on proposed policy updates for Idylwilde <br /> Community Garden <br /> Ms. Amber Carr, Conservation Coordinator, informed the Commission that Conservation staff <br /> and the Community Garden coordinators will administer a survey at the end of the 2022 season <br /> to gather feedback from gardeners on the recent policy changes. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Samuels and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 6-0 by roll call <br /> vote to approve the policy updates for Idylwilde Community Garden. <br />
