Discussed the need to tie the Article 5 <br /> vote to the vote on Article 34, "free cash". <br /> * General discussion of the apparent overall confusion as to where we are at. The general <br /> consensus being that next year needs to done differently. <br /> * General discussion of the presentation to be made by the AC at Town Meeting. Use a <br /> limited number of overheads: (1) School Appropriation, Fy 95 vs Fy 96, (2) Town <br /> Appropriation, Fy 95 vs Fy 96, (3) School and Town in total Fy 95 vs Fy 96, (4) Revenue <br /> estimates Fy 95 vs Fy 96, (5) Revenue less expenses equals income, (6) Free Cash. <br /> * J Pagett suggested that the Town Manager and Superintendent supply the AC with a full <br /> accounting of all the increases and decreases which have taken place since the original <br /> submission of a budget to the BOS <br /> * General discussion of the presentation to be made by the AC to Town Meeting, most of <br /> which will be retrieved from the AC report.
