Carroll, Town Clerk <br /> at 7:54 P.M. <br /> There were twenty-seven Town Meeting Members present. <br /> James J. Carroll, Town Clerk, explained reasons for the <br /> meeting as follows, resignation had been received from Robert F. <br /> Knox, account leaving Town, therefore, necessary to elect a <br /> member to complete term, expiring in 1940. <br /> Nominations were madefrom the floor, seconded and voted <br /> unanimously, that Harold B. Needham serve as Chairman and <br /> Leigh V. Farnham as Clerk for the meeting. <br /> Nominations made from floor and seconded that Dominic F. <br /> Ross be elected to complete term. <br /> Nominations closed. <br /> Election of Dominic F.
