56 0-4 <br /> Special Town '1-eetino. 0 <br /> December 1, 1933. <br /> At eight o 'clock P.M. Moderator Mr. Holt, took ,the <br /> U count of the Tow Meeting Members Present ,to determines if a <br /> quorum ,present, the result of the count was eighty-four Town <br /> Meting Members Present,whereby the Moderator declared a re- <br /> cess, until more Town Meeting Members arrived. <br /> At eight tenty o' clock P.M. the meeting was again call- <br /> ed to order by the Moderator , with one hundred eight Town Meet- <br /> ing Members present. <br /> The Town Clerk, James J Carroll, read the Warrant for the <br /> Meeting, until further reading was waived. <br /> The Town Clerk , read the Constable' s return for the Meet- <br /> ing. <br /> Selectman Mr . Trask moved to take alp article One. <br /> Under article one . Mr. Rowse ,Chairman of the Appropri- <br /> ation Committee, read the follewing articles as being approved; <br /> Article Two Approved. <br /> Article Three <br /> Article Four <br /> Article Five <br /> Article Six Indefinitely postponed . 8;22 P .M. <br /> Under Article Two, Selectman Mr . Trask offered the follow- <br /> ing motion; Voted that the Board of Selectmen be authorized to in- <br /> stall_ street lights in Grant Street, Lockwood Road and Byron <br /> Avenue. Carried unanimously 8;23 P.M. <br /> under article 3, Selectman Fr. Trask moved for indefinite <br /> postponement. unanimous 8;24 P.M. <br /> Under article 4, Selectman Mr. Trask offered the follow- <br /> ing motion; Voted that the Town Tresarer, with the approval of <br /> the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to refund any or all <br /> of the revenue notes issued in anticipation of the revenue of the <br /> year 19330in accordance with the provisions of Section 17, Chapter <br /> 44, General Laws ;any debt so incurred to be Paid from the revenue <br /> of the year 1933, carried unanimously 8;30 P.M. <br /> Under article 5, Selectman Mr . Trask , offered the follow- <br /> inc. motion; Voted that the Board of Selectmen be authorized and <br /> instructed to install a twelve inch water main in Hill Street, from <br /> the present end near the Lexington Golf Club to Sargent Street, a <br /> distance of approximately 1600 feet. carried unanimously 8;33 <br /> P.M. <br /> Under article 6, Selectman Er . Trask, moved for indefi- <br /> nite postponement . ' carried unanimously 8;34 P.M. <br /> Selectman Er. Lrask moved , t- e meeting be adjourned. <br /> Moderator Mr. Molt declared the meeting dis-olved,8;35 P.M. <br /> A True record <br /> Aetest; <br /> Tow/fl Clerk. <br />
