Trask oa fered the following motion ; "Voted ; That a Committee of three be appointed by the thoderator to furnish the details of a design for a new ' own Seal subject to the approval of the Selectmen , and Then so approved to become the seal of The 1' ov.n . " Trask explained there had been some criticism of the present seal , due to the Suet that the center of the seal does not re - present any Einute -pian in i:articular , ratnur , resembling concord ►Teal .
