<br />Board of Selectmen Goal Setting Meeting <br />July 1, 2015 <br /> <br /> <br />A goal setting meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Public Services Building Training Room. Chairman Pato, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Cohen, <br />Ms. Ciccolo and Ms. Barry; and Mr. Valente, Town Manager; Ms. Vine, Deputy Town Manager <br />and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk, were present. <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Ms. McLaughlin, Project Manager <br />Ms. Hooper, Chief Information Officer <br />Ms. Smith, Library <br />Fire Chief Wilson <br />Mr. Lonardo, Building Commissioner <br />Mr. Livsey, Town Engineer <br />Mr. Pinsonneault, Manager of Operations <br />Mr. Goddard, Public Facilities Director <br />Mr. Hadley, Public Works Director <br />Ms. Simmons, Recreation and Community Programs Director <br />Mr. Addelson, Assistant Town Manager of Finance <br />Ms. Rodgers, Human Services Director <br />Ms. Casey, Human Resources Director <br />Police Chief Corr <br />Mr. Henry, Planning Director <br />Mr. Dailey, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, Lexington Public Schools <br />Mr. Kanter, Capital Expenditures Committee <br />Mr. Pressman, Housing Partnership Board <br />Ms. McKenna, Tourism Committee <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />Mr. Pato stated that Goal Setting was an opportunity for the Board to discuss a work plan for the <br />coming year. The Board is dealing with a lot of issues and should keep them in mind as the <br />proposed goals are discussed today. <br /> <br />Review Status of FY2015-2016 Goals <br /> <br />Mr. Valente reviewed the status of some of the FY2015-2016 goals: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Public Safety Facilities for Fire and Police; <br /> <br /> <br />Center Vitality and Parking; <br /> <br /> <br />Facilities Master Planning; <br /> <br /> <br />Sidewalks; <br /> <br /> <br />Improved collaboration between Town and School departments; <br /> <br />
