March 20, 2015
A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on March 20, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. located in
the Board of Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town Office Building. In attendance:
Gregory Johnson, Chairman, Edmund C. Grant, Member, Caz Growblewski, Member,
Robert F. Lent, Director of Assessing and Sandra Pentedemos, Administrative Assistant.
Consent Agenda
Public Comment Time: There were no attendees.
The Board of Assessors approved the Fiscal Year 2015 Statutory Clause 3 Exemption
Application for the taxpayer Toward Independent Living & Learning, Inc. on the property
located at 478 Marrett Road, Assessors Map 33 Lot 92D.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -0 roll call vote to go into Executive
Session to discuss Fiscal Year 2015 Real Estate Abatements.
Executive Session
The Board approved sixty nine (69) Fiscal Year 2015 Real Estate Abatement
Applications.
The Board denied nine (8) Fiscal Year 201 Real Estate Abatement Applications.
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to adjourn the Executive Session
and return to the regular session at 12:00 p.m.
The next scheduled Meeting will be held on April 2, 2015. The Board discussed moving
the Agenda start time to 7:00 p.m. Motion duly made and seconded. Robert F. Lent,
Director of Assessing will amend the Agenda and post with the Town Clerks.
There being no other business a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to
adjourn the meeting at 12:10 p.m.
