<br />TOWNOFLEXINGTON <br />Governance/OperationsSubCommitteeofthe <br />AdhocCommunityCenterAdvisoryCommittee(AhCCAC) <br />Minutes <br />Date: Wednesday, October 1, 2014 <br />Place and time: Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, Town Office Building at 1:30 PM <br />Members Present: Betty Borghesani, Chair, Harry Forsdick, Linda Vine, Koren Stembridge <br />Members Absent: Florence Koplow <br />Also Present: Jon Himmel, Laura Hussong <br />____________________________________________________________________________ <br />1.Meeting called to order at 1:30 PM. <br />2.Minutes of September 4, 2014 reviewed and approved. <br />3.Reviewed Governance/Operations report to be reviewed at ahCCAC meeting scheduled for <br />October 3. <br />4.Discussion regarding what hours the LexCC should have upon opening in Spring, 2015. Felt <br />that some extended hours would be beneficial right from the beginning. Budget, available staff <br />and volunteers are large factor.
