Call to order <br /> II. Welcome to new council member Anwell Tsai and introductions <br /> III. Additional role for Doug Urban as Outreach Coordinator <br /> IV. February 15, 2021 meeting minutes approved unanimously. <br /> V. Co-Treasurers' Report: Hema Gandhi and Doug Urban <br /> A. Update on status of state, local, and town accounts. <br /> B. Update on status of FY'20 grant awards. Payment requests continue to be <br /> submitted and passed along to the town for payment. Jillian will deliver <br /> paper files relating to FY 2020 payment requests to Hema and Doug. <br /> VI. Brief review and update on FY'21 grant awards: by Jillian Tung. 39 applications <br /> received. Funding provided to 25 grantees.All have been notified.Approximately <br /> $9,900 awarded in total. <br /> VII. Review of meetings with Select Board Member Jill Hai, Munroe Center ED <br /> Cristina Burwell, and Town Celebrations Committee Chair June Baer: by Jillian <br /> Tung and Steve Poltorzycki. Jill suggested closer working relationships with <br /> Metropolitan Area Planning Council(MAPC), the Town Celebrations Committee, <br /> Munroe, the ArtWalk Committee, the Center Committee, and the Tourism <br /> Committee.A number of action items came out of this that are being worked on <br /> by Steve and Jillian. <br /> VIZI. Website discussion: Anwell will develop a conceptual design of the website and <br /> asks for input. Steve will send a link to the ArtsArlington website as a possible <br /> model. Design principles: user-friendly and easy to use. Functionality to include: <br /> calendar of town cultural events, grants (how to apply, status of grants, grant <br /> history), directory to town cultural organizations. <br /> IX. Go Out Doors II- Lexington project expansion <br />
