<br />Board of Assessor’s Meeting <br />November 18, 2013 <br />A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on November 18, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. <br />located in the Reed Meeting Room of the Town Office Building. In attendance: William <br />Jackson, Chairman, Edmund Grant, Member, Gregory Johnson, Member, Robert Lent, <br />Director of Assessing, Bruce Morgan, Senior Assessor, Rob Addelson and Sandra <br />Pentedemos, Administrative Assistant. <br />Consent Agenda <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />Public Comment Time: There were no attendees. <br />The Board discussed the following Items on the Agenda: <br />The Board reviewed and discussed the exhibit options for the Fiscal Year 2014 <br />Classification Tax Rate Packet in preparation for the evenings, Board of Selectmen’s <br />Public Hearing and Information Session. The Finance Director, Rob Addelson was <br />present for general discussion with the Board. <br />There were no discussions of pending Appellate Tax Board cases. <br />The Board discussed receiving a draft of various regular Meeting Minutes held during <br />the month of April, October, and November of 2013, in preparation to the next <br />scheduled meeting. <br />There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded, it was voted <br />3 – 0 roll call to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. <br />The next scheduled Meeting will be held on December 2, 2013. <br />A true record; Attest: <br />Sandra Pentedemos <br />Administrative Assistant, Meeting Secretary <br />
