Lexington Housing Partnership <br />Meeting Minutes for May 22, 2014 <br />Attendees: Melinda Walker, Joe Pato, Harriet Cohen, Betsey Weiss, Tom Harden, Wendy Manz, Nancy <br />Corcoran - Ronchetti <br />The meeting was chaired by Betsey Weiss and the minutes were taken by Harriet Cohen. The meeting <br />was called to order at 7:40 pm. <br />1. Discuss recommendations from LHP to send to the BOS for 6/19 BoS Goal Setting Meeting <br />The LHP edited the recommendations that had previously been proposed. The LHP agreed on a set <br />of recommendations. Ms. Cohen will send out a copy to the LHP membership for their information. <br />Ms. Weiss will inquire as to the recipient of the recommendations and Ms. Cohen will send the <br />recommendations. <br />2. Busa <br />The BoS has provided funds for an engineering traffic study. These funds were provided from <br />previously allocated moneys. <br />3. Review of Open Meeting Law <br />Ms. Walker provided a review of the Open Meeting Law presentation by the Town. <br />4. New Business <br />Mr. Pato informed the committee that the BoS reviewed the first draft of the historic preservation <br />restriction for Marrett Road. No action was taken by the BoS. The Lexington Historical Society is the <br />holder of the restriction. <br />5. Next Meeting <br />The LHP will meet on June 26 at 7:30 pm. <br />
