<br />TOWNOFLEXINGTON <br />Governance/OperationsSubCommitteeofthe <br />AdhocCommunityCenterAdvisoryCommittee(AhCCAC) <br />Minutes <br />Date: Thursday, August 28, 2014 <br />Place and time: Selectman’s Meeting Room, Town Office Building at 10:00 AM <br />Members Present: Betty Borghesani, Chair, Harry Forsdick, Linda Vine, Koren Stembridge <br />Members Absent: Florence Koplow <br />Also Present: <br />____________________________________________________________________________ <br />1.Meeting called to order at 10:00 AM. <br />2.Minutes of August 12, 2014 reviewed and approved. <br />3.At the invitation of Programming Committee, Harry and Betty attended their meeting last <br />week. Purpose was for them to review the matrix for programs and room use they have <br />created. Discussion of interdependence of function of the two committees. It was decided that <br />we would hold a second joint meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2014, at 1 PM to review the <br />work of the Governance/Operations Committee to date. <br />4.Review of Draft document Recommendations of Governance/Operations Working Group of <br />ahCCACfor management of LexCC. Document will be emailed to committee members for <br />further review before Sept. 4 meeting. <br />5.A list of Lexington Community Center Policies and Procedures will also be sent to committee <br />members for review and additions before the Sept. 4 meeting. <br />6.Agenda for Sept. 4 joint meeting reviewed. <br />7.Next meeting August September 4, 2014, at 1 PM <br />8.Meeting adjourned at 11:10 AM. <br />Respectfully submitted, Betty Borghesani, Chair <br />
