John- Site plan review
Rick- Question is what are the standards for development- site plan review it or a “glass”-
big distinction- dev. has right to develop- SJC- decision- Do the Board members
understand what they are silly* in judgment on!
Greg- Sense of the board is that the leverage is *- always a lesser review & an
understanding of our statutory obligation
Rick- City of Marlborough has a process which is not Chapter 40A review- Have you
gotten Town Counsel involved & encourage * to consultant
John- P.B. has to get a clear handle on the * they want
