Minutes of March 13, 2013 and April 10, 2013. <br /> The Board reviewed the minutes of March 13, 2013. MacKenzie motioned to approve minutes <br /> as written. Geller seconded. All approved <br /> The Board reviewed the minutes of April 10, 2013. MacKenzie motioned to approve minutes <br /> with corrections. Geller seconded. All approved <br /> 2.) Community Health Updates /Reports <br /> The Board reviewed the Community Health Report submitted by David Neylon. <br /> 3.) Environmental Health Report <br /> a.) Food Inspection Program <br /> The Board reviewed the Health Report/Food Inspections Report submitted by Kathy Fox. <br /> 1)Ms. Kimberly Crocker and Mr. Robert MacLean <br /> Compliments <br /> The Board heard from the owners of Compliments regarding their request a Mobile Food <br /> Permit. Geller motioned to approve. MacKenzie seconded. All Approved <br /> 2)Ms. Mary Bishop <br /> Augusta's Chicken <br /> The Board heard from the owner of Augusta's Chicken regarding their request a Mobile Food <br /> Permit.
