A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on March 9, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. located in
Room 111 Town Office Building. In attendance: William Jackson, Chairman, Edmund
Grant, Member, Gregory Johnson, Member, Robert Lent, Director of Assessing and
Sandra Pentedemos, Meeting Secretary.
Consent Agenda
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -0 roll call vote to go into Executive
Session to discuss pending Abatement Applications.
Executive Session
The Board approved ten (10) FY2012 Real Estate Abatement Applications.
The Board denied five (5) FY2012 Real Estate Abatement Applications.
The Board approved (1) Personal Property Abatement Applications.
The Board denied (3) Personal Property Abatement Application.
The Board reviewed and approved the Minutes of Meeting held on February 24, 2012.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn Executive Session and
return to regular meeting at 10:25 a.m.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 10:30 a.m.
The next Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 6, 2012.
