Members Present: Charles Lamb, Chair; Beth Masterman, Vice - Chair; Jill Hai;
David Kanter
Member Absent: Bill Hurley
Document Presented: CEC Comments on the Capital Program at the Budget
Collaboration- Summit Meeting 5, 13 Feb 2013; prepared by Mr. Kanter in coordination with
Mr. Lamb; presented by Mr. Kanter. (Printed copies were provided to all Summit - Meeting
members before Mr. Kanter's presentation. Items 6 [Hartwell Avenue Infrastructure
Improvements] & 9 [Visitor Center] were not spoken as the Town Manager had already
addressed those matters before Mr. Kanter's presentation.)
Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called the meeting to order at 7:06 P.M.
[This Committee then joined the Budget Collaboration - Financial Summit 5 being held in the
same place until it ended. See the Minutes of that event for this Committee's further
participation.]
Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 8:19 P.M. to adjourn. Vote: 4 -0
These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on March 6, 2013.
