Lexington Council on the Arts <br />Agenda Minutes November 5, 2012 <br />Munroe Center for the Arts <br />Present: Zoe Perry Wood, Chair; Jan Gopelrud; Victoria Campos, secretary; Chris <br />Kyle, Treasurer; Eddie Huberdaeu, new LCA member <br />Absent: Regie Gibson; Diamond Hayes; Emily Passman representing LCA 11/5/12 <br />at the Community Fund of Lexington (organized to enhance the cultural life of <br />Lexington) meeting. <br />Zoe called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. <br />Zoe made a motion to accept Oct. minutes; Approved. <br />Topics Discussed: <br />• Zoe introduced Edwin, our new LCA member. <br />• Chris presented the Treasurer's report: <br />* $3870 is what we owe 2013 grantees <br />$3870 for this year from MCC (5% for our own administrative funds, leaving 4498 <br />for this year„ not including remaining funds from last year.) <br />• Council entered grantee information onto MCC website <br />New MCC password: Username (Lexington); password (G6972U) <br />New Business <br />* <br />Meeting adjourned at 9pm. Next meeting December 10, 2012 at Munroe. <br />
