The meeting was called to order at 1:14 p.m. by the Chair

Interview Cecil Group
Similar questions were asked of each firm during the interview:
♦ How do you interface with user groups; do they really need improvements?
♦ What communities have implemented your plan?
♦ What has your experience been on the functionality of combined police and fire
stations?
♦ What has been your experience with communities on regionalization?
At the conclusion of the interviews, the three members deliberated on what they had
heard from the firms and unanimously ranked the firms as follows: 1 Cecil Group,
2 Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, and 3r Maguire Group.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
