Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee
March 15, 2007
Place and time: Cary Memorial Hall, 6:00 PM
Members present: Alan Levine (Chair), Deborah Brown (Vice-Chair), John Bartenstein
(Secretary), Rod Cole, Richard Eurich, Pam Hoffman, David Kanter, Mike Kennealy,
Rob Addelson (ex officio, non-voting)
This meeting was held in conjunction with Budget-Collaboration-Financial Summit 5 and
was called to order at 6:00 PM.
The agenda items were:
1. School Capital Project Requests
2. Potential Use of $300,000 Snow/Ice Set Aside
3. FY2008 Budget Update – Report on the proposed budget for the School
Department
4. Budget schedule – Mailing to Town Meeting Members
5. Other Business
