Review of 3/03/08 CPC Meeting
Munroe Fire Suppression System
CPC is 5:4 in support. Minority is Richard Pagett, Wendy Manz, Dick Wolk, & Joel
Adler. The majority at least want to let TM vote on the issue.
Motion: Recommend approval of Munroe Fire Suppression system at $579,550 (5:0).
Support same under tax levy if 9(q) does not pass. (5:0).
TOB Use Study
$92K (originally $100K) proposal on the table. Subtract $20K construction
administration. So that’s $72K “plus a few $K” for looking at the systemic problems.
CFC is 7:2 in support at $80K (to leave headroom for the anticipated increase in the
estimate).
Motion: Recommend $80K under Article 9(n) with “handshake” on CEC et al review
after Design Development before proceeding with construction documents (5:0).
