WRT Center playground, still 5:0 in favor.
Lincoln Field Methane Gas Mitigation will be IP'd.
WRT TOB Ramp
TE: In favor of it with or without CPA funding.
SS, RB, BH all in favor of it, but only under CPA.
wrt putting TOB Ramp on at-risk list: 5:0 against it being on override
because it should just get done without it being at-risk.
BH: Fund it with CPA or with nothing in FY 07.
RB, SS, TE: Agree.
wrt LFD Floor ($50K). No new estimate for this.
wrt 32(a) Capital Plan for Elem. Schools. SS in favor, other 4
against.
BH: we already know that it will tell us to tear down Estabrook.
Motion: Separate Article 32(a) and 32(i) from rest of 32. 5:0 in
favor.
TM needs to be aware that this survey would lead to telling us what we
already know. e.g. Estabrook needs to be torn down.
BH: if they need this opinion they can get it for less $'s.
White House Article: wait and see if SC proposes any appropriation.
NStar parking lot: 33 cars at $150K capital cost.
wrt Sr. Center Study money: Wait and see if the article comes up.
Motion: Approve 2-27 and 3-1 minutes. 5:0 in favor.
