Likely to not be > $25K so not capital. ADA TOB Ramp: TE: Not addressed by BFAC. RB: Is it necessary? Keep it pending w/ request to Dis. Comm. for priorities. BH: Delay it a year. RB: Agrees. Consensus, let it go until next year. White House: Placeholder is for a STM. Sr. Ctr. Design Study: BH: OK deferring it Cash Capital Policy CWL: How hard do we want to advocate for CCP? RB: $2M is confusing enough to TMM's. Putting caveats on it at this point clouds the issue. But continue to bang shoe on the table. Consider an amendment later. BH: Charge is to be aware of and advocate for capital. TE: Pick your fights. Assess the benefits. NO benefits to having an amendment.
