RB, CWL, TE, BH, Kanter (Liason)
Approve Minutes 2/13, 2/17 (4:0)
Outdoor Sound System: No operating expenses, no questions at the
moment. Likely to not be > $25K so not capital.
ADA TOB Ramp:
TE: Not addressed by BFAC.
RB: Is it necessary? Keep it pending w/ request to Dis. Comm. for
priorities.
BH: Delay it a year.
RB: Agrees.
Consensus, let it go until next year.
White House: Placeholder is for a STM.
Sr. Ctr. Design Study:
BH: OK deferring it
Cash Capital Policy
CWL: How hard do we want to advocate for CCP?
RB: $2M is confusing enough to TMM's. Putting caveats on it at this
point clouds the issue. But continue to bang shoe on the table.
Consider an amendment later.
BH: Charge is to be aware of and advocate for capital.
TE: Pick your fights. Assess the benefits. NO benefits to having an
amendment. When we comment on the motion, indicate that we prefer
earmarking, but should continue to bang shoe on the table.
Art. 15 (Energy Comm.)
RB: "No". This is BoS's domain.
BH, TE: "No."
CWL: concurs.
Adjourn: 1:00pm
